We are asking your help to
reach our annual fundraising goal of $12,000 on the eve of launching a
handsome new web redesign and pursuing critical issues including US-Japan
determination to override Okinawan opposition to a new US military base,
the continued Japan-Korea-China controversy over wartime military sexual
slavery, and environmental crises in the region. With $3,000 toward our
goal, we need to raise $9,000 in the next two months to maintain the
journal free to all. With no institutional support and no angel, we rely on
readers, authors and supporters. The Asia-Pacific Journal is a 501 (C) (3)
non-profit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service.
Contributions are tax deductible. Success depends not only on the many $25
and $50 contributions, but also on people able to provide $100 to $1000
