INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION IN CHINA
Apprehending IPR offenders is particularly onerous, especially if handled
by novice counsel without
the necessary China IPR Case History experience.
Prevention is better than cure and Seminar participants will learn what
essential steps to take to protect and safeguard their intellectual
property in China effectively.
Seminar participants will also learn the correct approach on apprehending
IPR offenders, the evidence required and the legal processes required to be
compensated adequately.
