QUERY> Looking for a Buddhist Text called Kapildwipa

by Arun Akella
Greetings,
I am looking for a very specific book called Kapildwipa.I have not been able to locate the primary manuscript. A Google search comes back with no results. The following details are at best speculations about it which is based on a book (details given below) publised a century ago. I stumbled upon this reference text, when searching for material on another text called Vajrasuchi of Asvagosha.
  1. Period - 1c C.E. to 17c C.E.
  2. Language - Sanskrit/Telugu (possibly).
  3. Translations - Unknown.
  4. Geographic region - Deccan /South India
  5. Content - Disputation of Varna / Caste hierarchy.
  6. Genre - Unknown (May not be a part of the Nikaya's).
  7. Style - Prose/Poetry (Unknown)
  8. Reference - Syed Siraj Ul Hassan,The Caste and Tribes  of H.E.H The Nizam's Dominions, Vol.1 (Bombay,Times Press,1920), p. 546 (available of archive.org)
I would be grateful to the members, if they can help me locate the text or provide suggestions to find it.
Best Wishes,
Arun Akella
