Dear Colleagues,
I don't think it is any exaggeration to say that for the
past decade, Makoto Yoshimura (Komazawa U.) has been the most energetic scholar
in Japan in terms of research results on the history of the Chinese Weishi
school and Xuanzang.
He has recently published a monograph that includes
