	Japan baseball team  chases back-office  stars for field of dreams Plentiful hot springs, big  asparagus and a lack of  cockroaches are among  the selling points for Japan's  northern island of Hokkaido  in hiring campaign by the  local baseball team. The Nippon Ham Fighters  are looking for back-office staff,  and they are touting a flashy  new stadium in one of the more  unique bids by Japanese   organizations to attract workers  in a tight labor market.
