Abhidharma – a brief overview from the Burmese Forest Tradition; October 5-8 with Venerable Dhammadipa: An analysis of how this perspective can be supplemented by the Mahayana Abhidharma, which explains the foundations of Buddhist practice.
Shamata Retreat; October 9-23 with Venerable Dhammadipa: Cultivation of deep states of meditative absorption based on mindfulness in silent calm abiding retreat.
