Dear Colleague:

I am writing to share with you my new article "Avances y retrecesos de China con Colombia," and its english-language translation "Chinese Advances and Setbacks in Colombia," based on interactions during my recent research trip to that country.  The article was published in Spanish by the Instituto de Investigaciones Estrategicas de la Armada de Mexico (ININVESTAM) (the Strategic Studies Institute of the Mexican Navy.).  My thanks to them for their efforts in translating the work and publishing it through their distinguished institution.

I also thank the always responsive and professional team at Indrastra Global, for making the English-language version of the document available.
