1.) Donald Lopez's A Study of Svātantrika, out of print for some time, has now been reissued. The first half of the book is an exposition of Svātantrika in general, while the second half consists of Don's translation of the Svātantrika chapter from the Presentation of Tenets (grub pa'i mtha'i rnam par bzhag pa) by the 18th century scholar Jang-gya Rol-bay-dor-jay (aka Changya Rolpe Dorje).

2.) Garland of Views by Padmasambhava with Mipham Rinpoche's commentary, A Treasury of Gems.
Translated by the Padmakara Translation Group
This is Padmasambhava's famous text on the nine yanas, man ngag lta ba'i phreng ba , including Mipham Rinpoche’s slob dpon chen po padma 'byung gnas kyis mdzad pa'i man ngag lta ba'i phreng ba'i mchan 'grel nor bu'i bang mdzod. For those unfamiliar with this text, it is a pith instruction related to the Guhyagarbha tantra and presents the nine yanas from the perspective of the Great Perfection.
The root text includes the Tibetan on facing pages.

3.) Strand of Jewels: My Teachers' Essential Guidance on Dzogchen by Khetsun Sangpo Introduced, translated and compiled by Anne Klein

4.) Gypsy Gossip and Other Advice by Thinley Norbu Rinpoche This is a collection of writings on a variety of topics by the late Thinley Norbu Rinpoche, the eldest son of Dudjom Rinpoche and widely considered one of the greatest scholars and practitioners of the Nyingma tradition. This will be of interest in particular for those interested in a highly insightful - and often critical - analysis of Buddhism in the west. As a juxtaposition, it also includes advice to young Bhutanese on Buddhism and the encroaching western values in their country.
