Dear Friends
It is with inconsolable grief that I write to inform you
that my dear friend and close colleague Stefano Zacchetti, Professor at the
University of Oxford, passed away yesterday.
An appropriate homage and remembrance will appear in due
course. I find myself simply unable to write more now.

A brief note on Professor Zacchetti's passing was recently published by
Balliol College. It may be found here. I speak for all the editors of H-Buddhism when I
say his passing is a great loss to the field and he will be deeply missed.Sincerely,
