Dear Colleague:
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to share my just published article, "Chinese Surveillance Complex Advancing in Latin America."
While much attention has been given to the risks potentially posed by Huawei 5G and other architectures and equipment in the telecommunications sector, this article looks at a similar, but less discussed issue: the growing presence of Chinese "surveillance and control" systems in Latin America (both gifted by the Chinese and contracted by governments) including ECU-911 in Ecuador, BOL-110 in Bolivia, and new China-supplied architectures in the Panamanian port of Colon, in Argentina's Jujuy province, along Uruguay's land borders, as well as the ZTE implementation of the "Fatherland ID Card"(helping Maduro and affiliates hold onto power in Venezuela through rationing food and services of value.
The article is available with this email as a PDF file, and at Newsmax, which published it:

Thank you, as always, for your time and ability to continue in contact through this medium...
Respectfully,
Evan Ellis
