greetings from the monastery and once again Happy New Year 2015 to
all!
Attached please the class photos of our school and college and staff members.
The monastery has now 79 students in the school studying from Upper
Kindergarten to class VII. We have 22 in the college.
Our college students had the Final Exam of the Buddhist Philosophy on
December 31. Twelve of them have completed B.A. studies in Buddhist
Philosophy this year. They will continue to study for M.A. after the Tibetan
New Year, which starts this year from February 19.
Last Saturday, our school students had the Inter-House Spelling Contest in
three languages. In total, 24 students from grade I to III participated for
the contest.
On February 5, we have decided to host the Inter-School English Essay
Writing Competition. The schools from all over Pokhara will come for the
competition.
Khenpo Kunga la on 45 days White Tara and Hayagriva Retreat. He has completed
the White Tara Retreat yesterday. He will come out of the retreat
on February 3.

We are also
getting ready for the Free Acupuncture Camp, which will be held at the
monastery from January 21 to February 3. We are having three
acupuncturists and one assistant from the States.
