A Good Heart Is the Best Religion: Tibetan Teachings for People of All Faiths

Discover how many of the Dalai Lama's teachings, including his notion of universal responsibility and his blessing that "a good heart is the best religion," can be useful in everyday life, regardless of one's religious tradition or spiritual practice.
