Asia Daily Briefing - Calm in the trade war storm

Trump and Xi declare

 a temporary truce

to cool trade war tensions

BUENOS AIRES -- The G-20
 summit saw Xi Jinping and
 Donald Trump reach a truce
 of sorts in the U.S.-China
trade war, as the two sides
agreed to halt new punitive
 actions until March 1.
But that gives negotiators
little time to iron out very wrinkly issues.
